Tube nets

Tubular extruded PE nets in various diameters, thicknesses and mesh geometries guarantee perfect protection for surfaces and edges.
Designed specifically to meet the high demands of industry, these highly elastic nets adapt perfectly to the shape of the product and allow for space-saving storage.
At the same time, the mesh structure ensures that the contents are always visible and therefore easily identifiable.
Unlike mesh products made from mixed materials, these plastic mesh tubes, manufactured from pure PE, offer the assurance that no reactions will occur with the sensitive surfaces of your products.
The mesh tubes, which can be reused multiple times, are recyclable and resistant to fats and oils as well as to many acids and alkalis.

Net caps and cases

We use our own specially designed machinery to process mesh tubing of specific diameters into mesh caps – either as double-walled caps closed at one end or as sleeves closed at one end.
This makes the NETZSAVE range ideally suited for products whose single-ended tip requires maximum protection, such as osteosynthesis products, special screws, tools, etc.
For the medical technology sector, this means that products can be steam-sterilised ‘in their protective sleeve’ and also dry out again whilst still in this sleeve.

Partition grilles / Plastic grilles

NETZSAVE protective mats allow different layers of workpieces to be separated gently and easily. This ensures they are protected simply and securely for internal logistics, temporary storage and distribution logistics.
Scratches and damage caused by handling, impacts and vibrations are prevented by the intermediate layers of flat, even-lying separation grids and by flexible mesh mats, which can also be placed between irregularly arranged products.

Washing rack / Intermediate rack

NETZSAVE supplies mats for the chemical or thermal cleaning of parts, each made from a resistant material.
HDPE separation grids are suitable for use as washing grids with acids up to 100°C; however, customers generally use PP for aqueous solutions and PA for chemical solvents up to over 100°C.
The mesh structure promotes optimal drying through improved ventilation of the layers.

Anti-slip mats / EVA grid mats

Anti-slip mats act as friction-enhancing liners, providing additional safety by preventing parts from moving during transport thanks to their rubber-like surface.
The EVA mesh mats are very soft and mould perfectly to edges.
The flexibility of these anti-slip mats allows them to adapt perfectly even to nested products, offering maximum protection.

Furniture protective nets

The mesh sleeves in our “Special Light” range are ideal for providing basic protection for parts.
They are often used on furniture where the surfaces, although not particularly delicate, need to be protected against unforeseen incidents during logistics and improper handling.
The mesh design is chosen so that even complex furniture frames can be fully protected, and the flexibility allows the nets to be pulled over castors or base frames.

Protective nets for bottles, barrels and ceramics

All kinds of containers, such as gas cylinders, fire extinguishers and fine wines, as well as materials ranging from glass, stainless steel, aluminium and painted steel to large barrels, require all-round protection.
Large ceramic elements used in the sanitary sector also need protection against damage and cosmetic defects during transport and storage.
This protection is provided by flexible nets that adapt to complex shapes.
To achieve this, the appropriate diameter is selected from the relevant protection class of the tubular nets.
